Whether you're enjoying a long lunch under the olive trees or a glass of wine at sunset, every experience is rooted in the land and the rhythm of the seasons.

La Taverna Dei Lupi
Re-opening June 2025
In August 2024, Trudie and Sting launched La Taverna dei Lupi, a pop-up street food and live music venue set in the hills of the estate overlooking the Tuscan countryside. Open Thursday to Sunday through the summer months, it is a laid-back space to enjoy good food, music and views in a truly unique setting.

Pizzeria
Now open
In 2021, Trudie and Sting opened the Farm Shop Pizzeria on the Il Palagio estate, a relaxed open-air dining experience set among the Tuscan hills. The pizzeria welcomes guests from April to October, closing for the season when the weather becomes cooler. It can accommodate up to 250 guests and offers seasonal antipasti and Neapolitan-style pizzas made primarily with locally sourced ingredients.
The menu celebrates the best of Tuscan produce, with signature dishes such as Crostone del Palagio - Tuscan bread topped with stracciatella, sun-dried tomatoes and Tuscan bacon; Tartare del Palagio - beef tartare finished with Il Palagio extra virgin olive oil, and Gran Tagliere del Palagio - a generous sharing board of local charcuterie, cheeses and bruschette. To drink, guests can enjoy a wide selection of wines produced by Sting and Trudie on the estate, alongside seasonal spritzes made with local aperitifs, including Il Palagio's own amaro, Amante 1530, created by Riccardo Cotarella.
